Indiana couple charged with voyeurism at massage parlor [Video]

Officers began the investigation in late January when a woman reported finding a camera inside the room set up as a massage room.

Charlestown Police arrested the massage parlor’s owners, Bernard Allen Vlach and his wife, Cynthia, at their home on High Street on Thursday.

Officers said they began the investigation in late January when a woman reported finding a camera inside the room set up as a massage area.

“I thought ‘oh my goodness not in our neighborhood.’ that’s what I thought,” neighbor Judy McCawley said.  

Investigators said they discovered videos and images of people receiving massages, many of whom were naked, and said many of the videos also showed Cynthia engaging in sexual activity with clients.

Both are charged with felony voyeurism; Cynthia is also charged with prostitution and engaging in massage therapy without a license.
