TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Two entrepreneurs are working to help bring life back to Toledo. They want to buy, fix, and rent out homes in the city that were scheduled for demolition.
After working to meet the city’s demands, it seems they’re running into nothing but roadblocks.
“I can’t even describe how I feel, I just know I’m heartbroken because of the simple fact it’s coming from the city I grew up in.”
The 13 Action News I-TEAM is looking for answers.
“It makes you feel like the city isn’t dependable even if you’re doing the right thing, it’s almost like a fight I can’t win.”
