A woman has revealed her harrowing ordeal after her seemingly ‘caring’ boyfriend coerced her into smuggling drugs across the Canadian border.
In a new Channel 5 documentary My Boyfriend Made Me Do It, which airs tonight at 10pm, Emily O’Brien reveals how her controlling ex convinced her to illegally teansport four kilos of drugs into the North American nation.
In the documentary, Emily revealed first hand the story of how she first met the seemingly kind and ‘caring’ Noah – who would later turn into a drug smuggling monster that changed the trajectory of her life forever.
Emily, 35, from Toronto, was an aspiring entrepreneur for a social media company when she first met Noah in 2013 aged 24.
She had been forging her career in social media when a ‘bomb dropped in the family’ that left her struggling to cope.
