ST. LOUIS — In 2006, local influencers and entrepreneurs Terrell “Young Dip” Evans and Tatum Polk wanted to capture the spirit of St. Louis on a single day. They launched a party on March 14 of that year. 17 years later, and that party has grown into a St. Louis holiday known as 314 Day.
