Good Samaritan reunites lost cat with family [Video]

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A lost cat has been reunited with his owners! 

On July 25, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) got a knock on the door of their Warwick substation asking for help with a stray cat that kept walking into an area business to hang out inside. 

NLCRPD officers put the woman requesting help in contact with Anita Barr, an Elizabeth Township resident who works with Purr-fect Love TNR/ Last Litter Rescue. Anita, known for her big heart and tons of work sheltering area cats, has been able to get over 200 cats spayed and neutered and has fostered countless cats and kittens as they’re prepared for adoption.
