Kansas lawmakers are working on a STAR bonds proposal to entice the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals to relocate across the state line.Lawmakers, on the final day of the Kansas Legislature session, aim to approve a STAR Bond proposal for the teams.Kansas Sen.
