TULSA, Okla. — FOX23 talked to a Tulsa roofing company about what you might want to look for when it comes to roofing.

Standing in your driveway, looking up toward your roof, you might not be able to see any damage, but experts say it’s important to get a close-up inspection.

“From the ground, it’s hard for a consumer or homeowner to actually see hail damage,” said Blake Gray, owner of Native Roofing Co.

Gray said especially after spring storms, it’s important to have an inspector take a close look.

“Climb around on all facets of your roof, look at gutters, look for hail hits, look at your soft metals and just do a thorough inspection,” he said. “Best case scenario is they come out, they’re going to tell you there’s no damage, but you have that peace of mind knowing that someone looked and if there is damage, they’re …
