A former GB News presenter has spoken out about “regrets” from being on the controversial channel, while appearing on ITV’s This Morning.
Mercy Muroki took a savage swipe at the news channel, which is home to presenters such as Eamonn Holmes and Andrew Pierce. The topic of Davina McCall saying there’s no such thing as mistakes came up in discussion as Mercy added her own thoughts on the matter, referring to her previous work.
She told This Morning presenters Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary: “Yeah I’ve had a few regrets, a few relationships.” She paused before adding: “My being on GB News for example.”
Dermot broke out in laughter as he wooped at her admission, and said: “Wow, I love stuff like this!” Meanwhile Alison asked: “Has that been one of your regrets?” She went on to ask why that is.
