The Public Integrity Bureau is now investigating the amount of time it took NOPD to respond to a murder-suicide in Pigeon Town.Police said a man shot and killed his wife before turning the gun on himself early Saturday morning.Family and neighbors said they had been calling the police for hours. Days later, people still have questions about how this happened. Joe Nasello heard they were a couple who fought a lot. Other neighbors said they had also witnessed a lot at the home. Saturday morning, they were hoping for a better outcome when several said they made calls to 911 alerting them of an argument involving Raymond Cooper and his wife, Felicia Dillion. “It’s hard to probably answer all these 911 calls,” Nasello said.Many said they called and called for assistance, having to tell officials there was an active shooter before they came on scene.
