Taking home the top awards for the night were four agencies that have shown outstanding results in what has been a challenging year. The Agency of the Year award for a company with 250+ staff went to Unlimited, part of the Accenture group. Its entry report revealed that the agency’s employee tenure is four times the industry average and 85% would recommend it as a good place to work (up 5% from last year). Its top 25 clients have an average tenure of 13 years (four times the industry average) and its top 10 increased spend by 50% over the last two years.
