ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – I recently received what appeared to be a notice from my mortgage lender, informing me of an “important matter” regarding my property at my address.
But it was a marketing letter from a home warranty company based in Orange County, California. The only way to learn the company’s name was to call the number.
Which I did, and a call representative identified the company as “Warranty Company,” one of the most generic names I’ve ever heard.
The representative then said the administrator is Integrity Admin Group.
In 2023, Connecticut’s Attorney General concluded Integrity Admin Group “attempted to lure homeowners into paying for services through misleading, high-pressure mailings.” It levied a $10,000 fine on the company and ordered it to stop mailing the letters.
