City recognizes leadership program with special proclamation [Video]

April 3 is now “Leadership Greenville Day” in recognition of the program’s 50-year impact.Leadership Greenville is Greenville Chamber’s premiere leadership development program.Since its founding in 1974, Leadership Greenville has equipped participants with knowledge and skills through a curriculum covering areas like managed growth, the economy and quality of life. “Leadership Greenville has been a wonderful opportunity for folks in our community to engage in our community’s development,” said Carlos Phillips, president and CEO of Greenville Chamber. “Fifty years of impact.
