Dennis was last seen leaving his home in the Stratmoor Valley area at noon on Aug. 4.
The suspect plowed into the motorcycle rider, fatally injuring them, and sped off from the scene.
The pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash.
Sources closes to situation tell 11 News some of the choppers may be damaged beyond repair.
