Bank of Ireland has provided €7m in finance to support the building of 37 new homes in Athenry by Galway-based Tourlecan Developments Ltd.
The Cluain Na Cathrach development will be a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes.
Construction commenced in March 2024 with houses anticipated to be ready for a formal sales launch in February 2025.
The scheme includes four Part V units which will be available to Galway County Council for social/affordable housing.
