Are you making yourself unhappy? [Video]

I was recently watching one of my podcast interviews and came to this conclusion: What if trying to look better is actually making us feel worse?

We have all been there at some point, hiding that “imperfection” we have, whether physical or not, to give the impression that everything is fine in our world, but it is worth thinking if by doing so, are we really making ourselves happy? Do we feel a burden when doing that?

This likely affects everyone of us in a unique way, and it definitely seems worth thinking about it.
