A&M baseball raising money for childhood cancer [Video]

The Texas A&M baseball team will host its third annual Turn It Gold Weekend April 12-14 when they play Vanderbilt at Blue Bell Park on April 12-14.

The Turn It Gold foundation fights for youth in pursuit of elevating childhood cancer awareness and generating bold action through online story sharing, events, and media with the hopes to change the percentage of dollars invested in childhood cancer research and make a real difference for a cure.

The Aggies have raised more than $30,000 for the foundation the last two seasons. Head coach Jim Schlossnagle was recognized with the Gold Award by Turn It Gold in January to honor his commitment to childhood cancer research and activism.

Turn It Gold Texas A&M baseball jerseys and hats will be sold on the concourse all weekend long. A donation link is also available at 12thman.com/turnitgold.
