Investment Banker, 28, Dies in ‘Unexplained Death’ in Texas: Reports [Video]

Police in Texas are investigating after a 28-year-old investment banker died earlier this week, according to a report.

On Monday, Jan. 27, Carter Anthony McIntosh died at 11:10 a.m. local time, with his place of death being listed as 3030 Hester Avenue in Dallas, which is the Bell Knox District apartment block, according to online records from the Dallas County Medical Examiner seen by PEOPLE.

McIntosh was an investment banker at Jefferies Financial Group’s Dallas office, per Business Insider. The investment bank confirmed the employee’s death in a memo to staff on Tuesday, Jan. 28, according to Bloomberg.

The late banker’s LinkedIn page states that he started working at Jefferies in September 2023 as an investment banking associate. Business Insider reported that McIntosh worked on the team covering technology, media and telecommunications companies.
