LEBANON, Pa. — A Lebanon woman is facing charges after police say she used a pair of handcuffs to restrain her 11-year-old son.
Chazzity Candelario, 33, was charged Saturday with unlawful restraint of a minor, false imprisonment of a minor and endangering the welfare of children following an investigation by Lebanon County Regional Police.
Officers dispatched at 9:55 p.m. Saturday to Candelario’s home on the 600 block of East Kercher Avenue for a welfare check made contact with the victim’s siblings, who reported the victim was handcuffed to a railing at the top of his bunk bed.
