A California man whose two cats died after drinking raw milk recalled for bird flu risk says he meant to keep his beloved pets healthy, but his efforts tragically backfired.”It’s horrible when you realize that you’re the one that actually gave them the milk that killed them,” said Joseph Journell, 56, of San Bernardino.Journell lost his 14-year-old tabby, Alexander, and Tuxsie, a 4-year-old tuxedo cat, in late November. A third cat, 4-year-old Big Boy, was hospitalized for a week before tests showed the animal was infected with the H5N1 bird flu virus.The cats drank unpasteurized milk from lots recalled by Raw Farm, of Fresno, whose dairy products were pulled from California store shelves in December after health officials found the virus in milk for sale, he said. Bank of Albuquerque outage restored [Video]

Bank of Albuquerque customers can once again use online services. The bank says it experienced a significant outage involving a service provider. It started sometime Wednesday, Jan. 15.The service provider also impacted 26 other banks, according to a spokesperson with BOK Financial. For assistance, please contact ExpressBank."BOK Financial also offered this message to clients regarding to outage:"We understand how frustrated you are and apologize for the significant delay as we wait for the system to come back online. This is a system issue outside of our control but please be assured our team is working diligently with our vendor to get it back online. We know it is stressful to not have access to your account or debit card and sincerely regret the inconvenience it has caused.
