Goodrich family out of home after renovation project goes wrong | News [Video]

Homeowner Jordan Sanders said her dream home is now landing her in a nightmare after the wrong product was put on her basement floor causing air quality concerns. The owner says the home has to be gutted and remediated, and completely renovated.

GOODRICH, Mich. (WJRT) – A family from Goodrich is limbo after a project disaster. According to the family, they hired Viper Concrete Coatings and Polishing LLC, a business based out of Oakland County.

Homeowner Jordan Sanders said her dream home is now landing her in a nightmare.

“It was shocking. I guess the air was thick. It was instant headache, instant nausea. It is like you are painting a room times 100. So, I just knew within 30 minutes even less than that, I need to get the kid out,” said Sanders.
