The whisky room on level one at 62 Evans St, Freshwater is owner Terry Androutsos’s favourite space.

It has taken five years to sculpt this home from a sandstone headland above Freshwater Beach, but for builder and designer couple Terry and Gina Androutsos it has been a labour of love.

With 607sq m of internal space, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 62 Evans St, up for auction on November 6 with a $14.5m price guide via Belle Property Manly’s Anthony Calacoci, packs a punch on a low-maintenance block.
