Neighbours were evacuated from their homes after a barbershop caught fire in Melbourne overnight.
The blaze erupted in the Lorne Street business in Lalor at about 1am.
Nobody was inside at the time, but nearby residents’ homes were evacuated as a precautionary measure.
Images from the scene appeared to show a burned-out car in the store.
The fire is being treated as suspicious and an investigation is underway.
