LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. (KPTV) – While no teams from Oregon are in this years Little League World Series, there is a kid from Lake Oswego who earned a ticket to Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Competition is at the core of 12-year-old Charlie LeBlanc.
“Baseball has really given me a hard-working mindset and made me very competitive,” he said.
The incoming Lake Oswego Junior High 7th grader is a slugger.
“When you hit it off the barrel, there’s like barely any vibration at all so it just feels so nice coming off the bat and it just soars super-far,” LeBlanc said.
