BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two alleged repeat theft offenders were arrested after a call for service at the Home Depot in Tehachapi Tuesday afternoon, according to the Tehachapi Police Department.
Tehachapi officers were dispatched to the Home Depot around 1:55 p.m. after the store’s loss prevention recognized two repeat theft offenders for theft that happened in Antelope Valley.
Tehachapi PD to host Retail Business Meeting
Officers contacted the two suspects, one from Los Angeles and the other from Lancaster, according to police. The suspect from Los Angeles had a no-bail warrant for parole violation.
Police say the suspect from Los Angeles was found in possession of concealed knives, a BB gun, a ‘Billy Club’ and a ‘Slungshot.’

The suspects were allegedly preparing to steal more items, according to police. Both had previously been served trespass notifications for all Home Depot locations.
Both were detained at the scene.
