Grant Leboff: One of the things you talk about in your book, is the difference between an entrepreneur and a leader, which I think some people look at it quizzically, because an entrepreneur often does think of themselves as the leader of the business. Now I know they can be one and the same, but what are the differences in your mind between the entrepreneur and someone who perhaps grows into the leadership role?
Guy Rigby: Well I think you need to look at the context of the chapter in my book, which does envisage a relatively early stage business growing up.
