WATCH: Videos show flooding, damage left in Debby’s path

Before the tropical system was downgraded from a tropical storm late Thursday, Debby spun up tornadoes and lashed several states with heavy rain, which in turn caused flooding, bulging rivers in states along the East Coast. As of Friday afternoon, the remnants of Debby were racing northward, lashing rain, flash flooding and threatening tornadoes in the Northeast.
