Between filling office buildings and promoting small business grants, 2024 was a good year for Virginia Beach.
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Things are looking up over in Virginia Beach.
Between rich agriculture, economy, military, and more, people find Virginia Beach to be a great place to live and work. In fact, according to Mayor Bobby Dyer, the city is “now considered the best place to live on the east coast and the 8th best place in the country.”
A big part of the success Virginia Beach is seeing is due to the Town Center’s ability to keep small businesses and office tenants in. The mayor stated Wednesday that “the strength of Virginia Beach is the people who live here, that work here, that have their business here.”
