UPS in Bayonne to host job fair June 28 [Video]

Delivery giant UPS will host a job fair at the Bayonne UPS Hub Friday, June 28, for a number of positions at the new logistics center, city and UPS officials announced.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the UPS Employment Center, located on the left side of the parking lot at 400 Port Lincoln Rd., at the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor.

UPS will meet with candidates and accept applications for a number of employment opportunities, officials said.

“It is great news that UPS is creating more jobs at its Bayonne facility,” Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis said. “We are happy to work with UPS again to promote employment opportunities in our community. UPS can offer prospective employees good jobs with attractive wages and benefits. I urge local applicants to take advantage of the upcoming UPS job fairs.”
