Spotty rain & storms will remain possible this evening, tonight, and during the day Monday. Locally heavy rain could occur with any storm, but rainfall totals will vary greatly. Some spots could get 1-2″ or more while others miss out. Lows tonight will be in the mid 60s, highs on Monday look to be in the 70s to low 80s. Dew points stay in the 60s.
A few more showers and storms are possible Tuesday but I think the overall chance of rain is lower than what will occur Monday. Highs will be in the low 80s with plenty of humidity.
We’re including the chance of showers in the forecast for Wednesday along with slightly cooler temperatures in the upper 70s. The wildcard will be where the remnants of Beryl end up. The current thinking is that Illinois and Michigan may get some significant moisture while we miss out here …
