Tropical Storm Francine is expected to bring rain to the Upstate area of South Carolina Thursday into Friday. The system is set to become a Category 1 hurricane before making landfall in Louisiana on Wednesday. As it moves inland, it will fling clouds our way causing the sun to slowly disappear midweek.Thursday will likely see rain chances that evening leading to widespread rain starting Friday.Weather models not in full agreement just yet as to what happens next.
