Tre’Davious White, as trustee of the Reaching for Excellence Living Trust, recently sold the Highbrook Court home in Orchard Park for $1.216 million to Jeffrey and Sarah Spencer of Orchard Park, according to a Nov. 1 filing with the Erie County clerk’s office.
