STAFF MEMBERS WHO COULD MAKE IT IN LIKE ETHAN WERE IN THE BACK KITCHEN STRETCHING DOUGH AS CUSTOMERS CAME POURING IN. SMALL BUSINESSES TYPICALLY DONT HAVE A LOT OF STAFF, AND WHENEVER YOU DO HAVE A LOT OF STAFF, YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY EVERYBODY.
