Lee County reworks phase 2 broadband expansion grants [Video]

On Monday, the Lee County Commission voted unanimously to reduce the scope of the phase two broadband expansion grant projects in the Southeast, South Central and East areas. According to County Administrator Holly Leverette, the reductions were recommended due to concerns her team about the possible rights of way vacated roads, and the inefficiencies that could be presented by the current routes.
