THEIR REPRESENTATIVE SAYS HE DISAPPEARED WITHIN THE BLINK OF AN EYE. SO IT SEEMS LIKE MR. DUMAS JUST VANISHED. RONALD DUMAS JR WAS LAST HEARD FROM ON DECEMBER 15TH, AND WAS BELIEVED TO BE IN THE HUNTSVILLE AREA. WE KNOW FROM AUTHORITIES THAT HIS CAR WAS FOUND ALONG I-40 IN TENNESSEE ON THE MORNING OF DECEMBER 16TH. HUNTSVILLE NATIVE DUMAS JR IS A BUSINESS OWNER AND FATHER. MEDIA REPRESENTATIVE TROY STYLES SAYS THE HOLIDAY SEASON HAS BEEN GLOOMY FOR THE DUMAS FAMILY. MR. DUMAS HAS THREE YOUNG CHILDREN AND HE SPENDS A LOT OF TIME WITH HIS HIS KIDS. THIS IS THE FIRST HOLIDAY THAT THEYVE NOT HAD HIM IN THEIR FAMILY. AND SO THIS IS THIS HAS BEEN REALLY TOUGH. AND I DO THINK THE FAMILY IS LOSING. THEYRE LOSING THEIR FOOTING A LITTLE BIT IN THIS CASE AT THIS TIME. AND THEYVE JUST GROWN MORE AND MORE DESPERATE TO BRING HIM HOME. THE FAMILY HAS CONDUCTED MULTIPLE SEARCHES, BUT THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF DUMAS. WERE NOT SURE EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. LAW ENFORCEMENT SAYS THAT THEY HAVE FOUND NO INDICATION OF FOUL PLAY IN THIS CASE. HOWEVER, THE FAMILY FEELS VERY STRONGLY THAT FOUL PLAY IS INVOLVED. STEELE SAYS THE FAMILY IS PLEADING FOR INFORMATION THAT COULD LEAD TO HIS RETURN. WERE JUST ASKING ANYONE WHO MAY HAVE SEEN HIM THE NIGHT OF THE 15TH OR KNOWS WHO HE WAS WITH, TO PLEASE CONTACT HUNTSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT OR TO REPORT THAT TO OUR CRIME DESK. A VIGIL IS SCHEDULED THIS WEEK IN HUNTSVILLE. THE FAMILY IS OFFERING A $4,500 REWARD FOR INFORMATION THAT COULD LEAD TO HIS APPEARANCE.
