Sturgis wraps up 84th Rally; vendors anticipate next year | Sturgis Rally 2024 [Video]

STURGIS, S.D. – The last official day of the 84th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is Sunday, August 11, but the town of Sturgis is already returning to business as usual.

Events are still scheduled clear to the end of Rally such as the America Flat Track race, but even now, the town is starting their cleanup efforts. The Public Works Department will take a little over a week to pick up trash, take down signs and clean the streets.

It was a good turnout overall, with over 400,000 visitors traveling through Sturgis over the course of the week. There were a lot of unique faces making first time and returning vendors excited for next year.

“This particular year has been really refreshing, said Lindsey Eitniear, owner of Necknotz Jewlery. “There’s been a lot of people that are excited to be here at the rally, and it’s been pretty invigorating.”
