Study reveals productivity, sleep loss after DST ends [Video]

This is still a real controversial topic. Most people say they’d like the country to pick a time and stick to it.

A new study finds the end of Daylight Saving Time messes them up for weeks.37% of people say when they fall back, they need as much as an hour and a half extra sleep for days or weeks just to feel normal after the time change.

More than 40% say they are totally unproductive at work in the week after Daylight Saving Time ends. They say they make more mistakes than normal. 70% of people say during this time of year, they hate that they have to start their work day and end it in the dark.
