Still time to apply for financial help from summer storms [Video]

If your home or business was affected by the strong storms from mid-July in Henry County, there’s still time to apply for financial help from FEMA or the Small Business Administration.

The SBA’s Tim Watson joined Our Quad Cities News at 4 to tell us all about it.
