HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) – State leaders and Hallmark movie stars revealed the Connecticut Christmas Movie Trail.

This Christmas movie trail showcases all 22 of your favorite holiday movies filmed in Connecticut!

Starting December 1, how about Christmas in the capital city with ‘One Royal Holiday’?

On December 22, the trail ends with the ‘Noel Diary Down’ in southern Connecticut.

The Christmas Movie Trail not only features Connecticut movies, it also showcases the towns they were filmed in and provides a boost to local businesses.

“This first-in-the-nation movie trial is designed not just to bring money in, it’s to change hearts and minds about Connecticut,” said Anthony Anthony, Chief Marketing Officer.

“They connect travelers and residents with accommodations, dining spots, towns, and attractions that play a role in 22 Christmas movies,” added Ellen Woolf, Statewide Tourism and Marketing.
