(Gray News) – Starbucks is making some changes to win back customers.
Starting today, all U.S. and Canada stores will offer customers free refills of hot or iced coffee or tea for customers who order “for here,” according to a press release.
The free refills will be served in ceramic mugs or a clean personal cup brought from home.
The refills are valid only on the same visit at one store.
Starting the same day, Starbucks stores will also bring back condiment bars with milk, creamer, and a variety of sweeteners.
The condiment bar was widely requested to make a comeback after it was removed, allowing customers to customize the finishing touches to their favorite drinks.
