Stacy Lee Drake could face death penalty or life in prison [Video]

A man accused of killing three people in Oklahoma and one in Alabama could face the death penalty, life in prison, or life in prison without parole if convicted.Stacy Lee Drake, 50, faced a judge in Sallisaw Monday morning. Because it was his initial court appearance, not-guilty pleas were entered on his behalf.The Sequoyah County District Court courtroom was packed with family members and friends of the people he is accused of killing.Drake has until Aug. 7 to find a lawyer to represent him, or one will be appointed. He is being held without bond in Sequoyah County, where he faced two charges of enhanced murder.Drake was booked into the Sequoyah County Detention Center late Friday afternoon, approximately 72 hours after investigators said Drake killed two people in Gans, Oklahoma, and then fled to Arkansas.
