The executive vice president for customer operations at Spectrum sent a letter to customers Friday admitting the company “dropped the ball” and said the company understands the frustrations customers have. The letter also said that once a customer has service restored, the company will automatically apply the appropriate credit to the next bill for the time the service was down.
