SEAL HARBOR — With the goal of highlighting bits and pieces of Maine and wrapping them delicately inside ribbon-tied packages, Bar Harbor Gift Boxes is in the business of making someone feel as though they’ve lived in Maine their entire life.
With National Care Package Day on Thursday, September 5th, the small business has been given the honor of representing the pine tree state.
Since around April of last year, Aleksandra Hall and her friend Teodora have co-owned Bar Harbor gift boxes.
“Just being able to represent Maine, it’s such an honor and I’m really proud of that,” said Hall.
