Rosewell residents describe Saturday’s flood and plans to rebuild [Video]

Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham declared a State of Emergency for Rosewell after the historic rains caused a deadly flood.Beau McFadin, an 18-year-old Roswell resident, captured a video of water rushing through Enchanted Land Park.”I came over here, and I saw the road over here was completely underwater, and I ended up going back home,” McFadin said. “I was going to go and see if I could help any of my friends and family near the incident.”According to the National Weather Service, 5.78 inches of rain dropped on Roswell Saturday night.
