Meatball Parmesan Sliders:
INGREDIENTS:
● 1 package slider buns
● 4 Tbsp butter
● 1 tsp Italian seasoning
● 1 tsp garlic powder
● 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1″ pieces
● 1/4 cup marinara
● 12 meatballs (pre-cooked or make your own)
● 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
● Parsley for garnish (optional)
STEPS:
● Preheat the oven to 400° F.
● Cut small, deep circles in the center of each slider bun, but don’t cut through the bottom.
● Using your fingers or a suitable kitchen tool, push down the center of the bun.
● In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until the butter melts. Stir to mix well.
● Brush the top and inside of the rolls with the garlic butter. Bake in the oven for 4 minutes, or …
