Thousands of law enforcement officers took to the streets of New Orleans Monday night for a parade. The parade is part of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives conference, which took place Aug. 9 through Aug. 13. The conference brings more than 2,000 law enforcement officers together to train and learn more about how to promote public safety in their communities. The parade was the second for the conference. It begins at Hyatt Regency and ends at the World War II Museum.
