New business offers sweet treats and hang-out spot in downtown Ann Arbor [Video]

ANN ARBOR, MI – John Nicolaides was working in the world of advertising before he realized that he wanted to do something different.

After some thinking, he decided he wanted to create a place where young people could hang out and enjoy each other’s company that wasn’t a bar. That’s when the idea of opening a cupcake bakery, a unique concept in the mid-2000s, came to life.
