THE HOUGH FAMILY’S GOAL IS TO RUN A5K IN ALL 50 STATES, AND THE NATION’S CAPITAL IN 50 DAYS. THEY’RE RAISING MONEY FOR SMILE TRAIN. THAT’S A NONPROFIT THAT HELPS TO PROVIDE CARE FOR CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD WHO ARE BORN WITH CLEFTS. DOCTORS SAY THE FACIAL DIFFERENCE CAN MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR CHILDREN TO EAT, SPEAK AND EVEN BREATHE THEIR DAUGHTER CAMPBELL, WHO IS NOW 17, WAS BORN WITH A CLEFT AND HAD FOUR SURGERIES.
