INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis police have arrested a man on a preliminary charge of murder, for a deadly shooting inside a plasma center on the east side of Indianapolis.
28-year-old Joshua Jones was shot and killed on Oct. 29, inside the plasma center in the 3600 block of North Post Road, near 36th street.
Police say the man who killed Jones called them from his home and said “I got my gun that I shot the victim with” next to him on the couch.
According to court records, the man said he wanted to tell the police that he shot someone and why, so there would not be any confusion.
Police say surveillance video shows the suspect walking into the business wearing the same clothes he was in when he was arrested. In the video, the suspect walks into the treatment area of the plasma center and …
