SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – This week on Matters of the State, we look ahead to Gov. Kristi Noem’s budget address on Tuesday.

Rep. Chris Karr joins us to discuss the things he’s keeping an ear out for in the address, as well as what could be on the docket for lawmakers during the upcoming legislative session.

Meanwhile, South Dakota educators are urging state lawmakers to stay away from the possibility of a school voucher program, citing concerns about school funding.
