A LOWE’S customer has slammed the retailer after they were shocked to see new self-checkout changes made the store feel like a prison.
Many retail giants have made major changes to their self-checkout methods, leaving in their wake very disgruntled shoppers.
Some customers refuse to use the self-service machines, while others beg for employees to work the traditional checkout lanes.
Lowe’s is now among the companies receiving backlash.
One customer asked other users on X if anyone else had experienced the self-checkout changes.
“I was at Lowe’s the other day and was SHOCKED at what it’s become just over the last 6 months,” they wrote.
